Straight to the owners.
There is no inbox team here. Whatever you send arrives with the people who own the properties and do the work, and they are the ones who reply.

- What we buy
Use the contact details in your booking confirmation and directions document rather than this form — those reach us faster, and cell signal at the property is unreliable in both directions.
Already have a portal account? Sign in at portal.dwcapitalholdings.com, which will ask which of the four doors you need. Accounts are only ever created by us and arrive as an invitation — you cannot make one yourself. If yours has gone missing, say so above and we will send another to the address we already have for you.
Before you write
What to put in it.
Not a required format — a short list of what lets us answer properly the first time instead of asking three questions back.
Booking a stay
Your dates, how many of you, and whether you are driving something with low clearance. Most stays are booked through Airbnb, Vrbo or Hipcamp, and those are usually faster than writing to us — the same calendar sits behind all three. Write instead if you have a question the listing does not answer, or you want to know which nights have the darkest sky.
Property management
Where the property is, what it is, and whether it is already let. If it is listed anywhere, send the link — we will look at it before replying, and the reply is more useful for it. If you already know it is not performing and cannot say why, say that too; it is the most common reason people write.
Worth running the fit checker first. It will tell you no, with a reason, and save you the wait.
Selling land or a rental
A location, a parcel or listing link, and what you know about access and water. Those three decide most of it. Our criteria are published in full, including what gets a pass, and there is a deal check that will tell you if it is not for us before you spend time on a message.
Something else
Partnerships, press, a question about how we run something, or a correction to anything we have written — all fine. We would rather be told we have got something wrong than leave it up.
What happens next. A person reads it, usually within a day or two. You get a real answer rather than a scheduling link, and if the answer is that we are not the right fit, you get that plainly and quickly rather than after a meeting.
