The DW platform

We built the software too.

Most small managers run on a spreadsheet, a shared inbox and a folder of PDFs. We were not going to ask an owner to trust that, so DW Capital Holdings built its own platform and runs every property on it — ours and our client's.

Look around

Four front doors, one database.

Pick a portfolio, then a sign-in. Everyone gets their own view, and what each person can see is decided by the database rather than by the page they happen to load.

The real thing

Four doors, four sign-ins.

Screenshots of the actual product, not an illustration of it. Each audience gets its own front door, its own branding and its own explanation of what lies behind it.

What running a property actually looks like.

Five screens from the working console. Real, from the live system, not a mock-up.

Run your own numbers

Your figures, our arithmetic.

This is not a forecast and it does not know your market. It is the statement maths above, applied to numbers you control, so you can see exactly how a month is put together.

The fee slider is yours to set — we quote per property rather than publishing one number, so put in whatever you have been offered elsewhere and see how the month lands.

Channels

One calendar, three listings.

A booking on any channel blocks the others, automatically, on the hour.

Airbnb Vrbo Hipcamp DW platformone calendar, one truth

Airbnb, Vrbo and Hipcamp publish calendar feeds rather than full APIs. Availability syncs both ways on the hour; earnings are reconciled from the monthly exports. We say that plainly because a manager promising live financial sync from these channels is promising something the channels do not offer.

Who runs on it

Our properties, and our client's.

Every portfolio is walled off from the others in the database. A client sees their properties and nothing else — including nothing of ours.

Our own

Lone Star Observatory and everything we acquire next. We are the first user of every feature before a client ever sees it.

Client

Hazina

Managed on the same platform, in its own portfolio, with its own owner sign-in and its own statements. Switching between books is one control in the header, and the data never mixes.

How it is kept separate

The database decides, not the page.

Access is enforced with row-level security in Postgres. When a contractor signs in, the database itself will not return anything except the jobs assigned to them — not because a page declined to render it, but because the rows are not theirs to read.

That distinction matters. Most systems that leak data have perfectly good-looking interfaces; they simply asked the database for too much and then hid the rest in the browser. Documents live in private storage, and every sensitive change is written to an audit trail.

Want to see it properly?

We will walk you through the owner view with real numbers from our own cabin.

We build these for other people too.

This platform runs our own portfolio and a client's. If you manage property or sell it, we will build you one that fits how you work — starting from everything on this page rather than an empty repository. Quoted per build, no rate card.

What building one involves

Asked and answered

What people ask about the software.

Does it keep Airbnb, Vrbo and Hipcamp calendars in step?

Yes. Each channel imports our feed and we pull theirs, on the hour, so a booking taken on any one of them blocks those dates on the other two. It is iCal, which is what these platforms offer an individual host, so the sync is hourly rather than instant and the page says so.

Where do the earnings figures come from?

The monthly CSV export each platform gives you. No platform offers an earnings API to an individual host, so the money is reconciled from those exports rather than pulled live. This is not a live financial integration and we do not describe it as one.

Can owners see their own figures without asking us?

Yes. An owner has their own sign-in and sees their own properties, their own statements and their own documents. What each person can see is decided by the database rather than by the page they happen to load.

Can more than one company's books run on it?

Yes. It runs our own portfolio and a client's side by side, each in its own portfolio with its own owner sign-in and its own statements. Switching between them is one control in the header, and the data never mixes.

Can I have this software for my own business?

Yes. We build it for other property managers and realtors, fitted to how they work, quoted per engagement. What that involves is set out on the software page.
