The one property we run is listed on Airbnb, Vrbo and Hipcamp. One calendar sits behind all three and syncs hourly, so a date that shows as free is genuinely free rather than a booking that has not caught up yet.
The two of us. It is not handed to a management company, so the listing, the photographs and the replies to your questions all come from the people who own the place and have stayed in it.
Texas only. Every property we own is in the state, and we do not buy or take on management outside it.
Not today. Booking goes through the channels above, which is where the cancellation terms and the payment protection you already know live.
